Cancellation Policy:


A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON BOOKING TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION; THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 12 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Notice of Reservations cancelled will be credited to you for your use with a 1 year expiration date, excluding a $50 service fee. This credit can be transferred to another party. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival or do not show up on the date of your reservation, you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY CREDIT for payments made. Although we will make every effort to assist you, the resort cannot be responsible for delays in your arrival due to flight and/or travel delays. If you are experiencing travel issues, please contact the resort ASAP to inform us so that we may work with you to adjust your reservation.

If by any change the guest has to cancel their reservation what we’re offering is a 1 year credit depending on our availability or the guest can postpone their reservation for another date.
